Returns and Exchanges
Our Return Policy is designed to help customers who have a legitimate claim to a defective product.
It does not cover exchanges due to preferences, or changing your mind.
California Cannabis regulations dictate any item returned or exchanged must be destroyed, regardless of if the package was unopened, or unused.
Be sure to have your budtender check and confirm each item before your transaction is completed.
Notwithstanding, we do provide credit or exchanges within the following guidelines.
- All returns/exchanges are approved on a case by case basis.
- Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of purchase.
- The defective item must be returned with the original receipt to receive an exchange.
While we review your claim, the manager may visually test or inspect the product being returned, your transaction history, dates, times, and order specifics, along with any information they deem relevant before making a final decision. All decisions are final.
Every day, we have customers try to fraudulently return products, claiming defects, or other issues. Our managers are very experienced, and it is very easy for them to determine the legitimacy of your claim.
